App Version 3.1.0 (newest version) does not work

It shows one number of points (barely readable - almost greyed out) and another higher (and correct) number when you push the reward count “button”. The correct number is easy to read. So - a bug - please fix it and hopefully with the correct reward point count.

I’m rating this app 1-star. Not sure why the app got updated but you’re basically forced to create a new account, which you inevitably lose all your rewards and points from your previous account(because it won’t let you log into your previous account with the same “Phone Number”). It is very disappointing especially if you’re a frequent customer like me who visit 5-6 days a week. You’re basically starting from 0 all over again. I guess for me this is Goodbye. Goodbye to my +1000 pts I racked up, goodbye to my 7 free drink and/or bakery rewards+a 20% off reward. Goodbye coffee bean. I respectfully will take my business elsewhere where. It’s not worth the wasted time and effort.

The update will not let me sign into my account and I had lots of gif cards on there.

I put my birthday in right, the 27th of December and the new app changed it to the 1st. Also, can’t find the section to earn check in and purchase points because the new app isn’t working in stores.

Guess I’m one of the lucky few who lost everything from the latest update. Points gone, card balance gone.. super unhappy with this


The update is awful

I’ve been using the app for about 6 months and yesterday I got kicked out because of the update. It seems easy enough to log back in, but I signed up with Facebook and every time I tap the login option, it prompts be to sign up. And before Coffee Bean tries to mansplain, no I didn’t click sign up, I went through the login option. So now all my points have gone down the drain. Ps, their employees are terrible at wearing masks.

Every time I go to open the app it shuts down. Is it the update? Please fix ASAP

Bare minimum from the app. Not bad, not super super great. I would really love to see the ability to tip through the app, as I and a lot of others don’t carry cash.
