I cant Delete a Card I gave Away? Also...

I physically gave away a card I had on my rewards app but I can -not- delete it Under Manage cards. We should have a Delete this card from my rewarda Button/Option! Also Sometimes, I need to pour over or shift funds for example $20 from my $50 card to my kid's card (both cards in my rewards) so they can buy something they like or if they are low in funds But can NOT! I have to call customer service all the time. This Option is available on the competition Star-buckets coffe App...
Slowest loading app, can’t use cards loaded!

I loaded a couple of cards to make it simpler...but: App takes a good 3min or more to load.....& the cashier rushes you in taking your order!! (when the place is empty)....So her rushing you Makes Certain that you can’t use your prepaid cards or Free drink!!! If you are looking at phone, they should ask if you are using app..& give Their App a chance to load!!!! Cafe Rio prints a QR scan at the bottom of receipt, if their computer didn’t already scan it!!! & theirs loads very quickly!!

The app performance has improved substantially—points are timely updated & accurate, no issues with paying with the app either. For some reason I simply cannot fathom, the app keeps adding offers for a free plain coffee / tea if I load $30 on a gift card. I now have TEN of them on the app. I’ve zero intention of ever using them & really, really wish I could delete them. And that CBTL would ‘take the hint’ and stop adding them to my account!
