A pain to use

Update as of July 23rd! I’m going to keep my July 15th review below. It’s still 1 Star. Someone on the app development team asked me to reach out to them via email to help solve my problems. What they didn’t mention in the public app comment was “hey, shoot us an email and we will straight up ignore you lol” So thanks CBTL. Can’t wait to hear from you. July 15th: Horrible experience. I’m a frequent guest at Coffee Bean, I love their drinks and food. This app though really makes me not want to return. After a recent update, my account and the literal thousands of points I had accumulated are just gone. See you later good discounts and free items, going to have to earn those again. That would be, if I was able to actually sign into my account through the app itself. You must verify your email address in order to access the app. However, the email will never come, despite how many times you click it. I don’t like Starbucks at all, but at least I’ll be able to earn rewards through them.
Love CBTL, app needs some tweaking

App is great overall and I love CBTL, but app never refreshes my card balance after a purchase. Next purchase i go to pay and it says I have no money but app says I have $10.00 on balance. Super annoying! Please fix.

This app already sucked & it just got worse ... the menu items are gone there’s only about 3 items per category & when you search a lot of menu items don’t appear anymore. The cloud scape is so distracting you also can not customize the drinks like you can at Starbucks there’s also no drive throughs around my county so I’m forced to go into a shop to customize my drink which is very time consuming ... this company clearly doesn’t want to move forward. they could have so much more clientele if they would make minor improvements this app has a lot of flaws were in 2020 & they still can’t figure out the app?? Waste of time sorry maybe next year.

This app is a waste. Why even have one if I can’t order from all the sizes??? You guys have an X-Large in the store... why isn’t it on your app??? A Pathetic waste of memory

Update: Found the delivery instructions Still stand by this though: Also the last time I ordered, i was given the wrong thing. Not the door dasher’s fault. CBTF made the wrong drink. I know I selected the correct item. This is unfortunate as i had it delivered, so I couldn’t do anything about it. During work hours, can not just up and go back to the cafe location to get the right order. Maybe add something to the app in regards to this.

Well that was stressful. Tried ordering coffee only to have it say it doesn’t work at the location... I can’t even view the menu to order via phone unless the “app works at that particular store.” The mobile menu on their website is also not user friendly either. Too many clicks, and too many categories.
