App not working and support is not answering

This app is not working, can’t add or delete codes, can lock or unlock remotely. Please fix! We paid too much money for this lock in order to not work
Can't Add User Codes

I used to be able to add user codes. Now I cannot for some reason. I get "Error: Could not save." upon saving a new code
Works fine, but now I can’t edit codes

I’ve had the Encode lock for years and it locks and unlocks ok. This past week, I’ve been getting some weird notifications when the lock is not experiencing any activities. I check the history and everything looks ok. Today, I tried changing/deleting a code and it will not let me. This is frustrating. I think the recent update messed up the app.
Great until a week ago

Seriously get your developers to rollback whatever happened a week ago. Random lock/unlock messages at all times day and night. App not communicating with locks. Cannot add or delete codes - a major problem for my AirBNB. Very disappointed at how long this is taking you to fix for these quite expensive locks.
App lost after latest IOs

Unable to create new pin codes and save them ever since IOs updated. Tried deleting and reinstalling on 3 different devices. Been over a week now, customer hotline is either a forever hold or hangs up after a recording. If a developer is listening, please shine a light on current status, thanks.
Not Working Properly

The owner of the lock is trying to give me access to it so I can unlock the door when it rains. I installed the app and created an account and I receive nothing. On their side it confirms they sent the access giving me a security code and a link. It just opens the app and nothing happens.

App is not working agin. Started last week getting notifications very late and all through the night. Now it doesn’t even work. This is not the first time!
