EASY TO PROGRAM & USE
Program and set up all the options available on your Schlage Sense Smart Deadbolt, such as:
• Manage up to 30 guest access codes and schedules, per lock
• Share codes with guests by sending a text or email within the app without your guest needing a phone, an app, fob, or key
• Configure the built-in alarm to beep when the door senses a slight disturbance such as opening and closing, or sound a loud alarm when a forced entry attempt is detected
• Set the deadbolt auto lock delay time
• Retrieve recent lock events

SCHLAGE SENSE WORKS WITH APPLE HOMEKIT
When you pair your Schlage Sense lock with Apple HomeKit, you can:
• Create automations using Apple’s Home app in iOS 10 or later
• Use Siri Voice Control to operate and check status of your lock
• Use the Apple TV or iPad as a Home Hub to lock / unlock your door from anywhere
SCHLAGE SENSE WORKS WITH THE SCHLAGE SYSTEM
When you set up your Schlage Sense lock with the Schlage System, you can:
• Share admin or guest virtual keys with other Schlage Sense app users
• Use the Schlage Sense Wi-Fi Adapter (sold separately) to lock / unlock your door from anywhere and receive push notifications when the lock is used.

Worked fine for about a month

I have no idea if it’s the lock that’s defective, or the app. I bought it about a month ago and loved it. Then yesterday I started getting notifications that the door was unlocked then locked. This is my front door we’re taking about, so of course I’m freaked out about the lock randomly unlocking at night. Then today I noticed that not everything was reported in the lock history. I changed the batteries then nothing at all was showing up. I deleted it from the app and now it won’t connect to WiFi at all so I now have a $250 deadbolt does the same thing as a $30 deadbolt.

Please fix. I have an encode and my husband and I are receiving false notifications left and right. It gets more annoying hen it’s in the middle of the night.

There is a sudden lapse in notifications, lock shows locked when unlocked, locked when locked .. I don’t see a notification for hours. This has made me very uncomfortable with this lock all of a sudden. It is in an office in a locked building - with the way the app is functioning, I would not rely on it for my front door. Also the remote lock/unlock by a single tap would be great if it worked flawlessly. Instead, we are now driving to our office in the middle of the night since the app is sometimes saying it is locked and sometimes not and not responding to touching the lock icon but then may respond an hour later. Someone needs to get on it to get this resolved

Random locked and unlocked notifications

Been working great until the last week. Started getting several locked and unlocked notifications a day when it’s not actually unlocking or locking. Very unnerving to think that your door was unlocked during the night or while you were gone. This is a safety issue at this point. Please fix this.

Every few minutes the lock box itself and unlocks itself without being asked. Something is wrong with the system.
DOESN’T WORK w/ iOS 12!!
autopay issues
You’ll send several citations of this issue: in short the lock/app doesn’t work well or consistently since upgrading your iOS to anything beyond iOS 11. It’s happened before on iOS 10 and took months to fix. Schlage - please update firmware!
Update has caused issues.

Since the last update I get random “door unlocked” messages. This was stressful as I received these when away from my home the first time. Upon returning I found the door was locked and yet sending false messages. I use to love this system, they just need to fix the last update.

Was a great app at 5 stars until this last update and now not tracking history activity accurately if at all. Getting no notices or history and at other times getting notices of unlocked standing right next to it clearly still locked.
