Aaron yes the real one
I like the features and stuff with the app but it does not support apple watches so please add it so you can unlock your house with apple watches

An Airbnb hosts must have! The only thing missing is the hourschedule so that I can specify from 5pm Mon. thru fri 11am (check out time).

Odd that the latest update was to fix an error about not finding locks, when that’s the exact error I get *after* it auto updated. It’s at a vacation home so I can’t drop everything and run to the coast to go through setup *again*.

Can’t seem to get my main house and lake house to work. Very frustrating

Love the app and having the able to check on things, schedule codes for people and even disable codes lol...but for some reason when the door is locked, on the app is will say unlocked for like 5 minutes, like a delayed response.

It stopped working with Alexa after about 2 months. It still works with the Schlage app, just not with Alexa

I really like the use and flexibility of the lock, especially the use of the app to schedule a code use time limit. I noticed today (Wednesday evening) when I created a schedule that it did not include’ Thursday.’ It showed -Wednesday-Today-Friday in that order, even though it's Wednesday right now. I think the lock thinks it's in a different time zone. Everything about the app is great, thanks for spending time making sure it's intuitive and useable.

Let me point out that this is not a review on the Schlage Home itself but rather on a function of the device (lock) it manages. It seems that with every iOS update, the Schlage lock’s ability to be controlled through HomeKit is rendered deactivated. Please update this function so HomeKit users can keep managing their locks remotely through it.

It’s hit or miss if you can lock or unlock while away. The WiFi adapter is flakey at best. Fix it please

Overall, like the app and stability I’ve experienced with the four locks we have installed in our rental properties. It would be nice if when setting a temporary code that the ‘end date’ defaults to the ‘start date’ when you select it. Having it go back to current date is tedious. Also, an alert that a code has expired would be wonderful. With rental properties, it’s hard to always remember when to remove a code. Even better would be for it to systematically remove the code when the timeframe expires!
