App No Longer Works

Cannot update codes, unlock door, or add and remove codes. App no longer working. Tried reaching support for over half an hour and was on hold with no confirmation of being off.

99% of time perfect. But sometimes there is a glitch and you can’t change or update a code. Have to uninstall and reinstall. Even then you can’t do anything with the code already provided if it is during the permission cycle.
Can’t add or delete codes

I get an error message when I try to add or delete new codes. When I call customer service, there’s an automated message that acknowledges an issue with the app and says they’re working on it … for days. Hasn’t been fixed and it’s been nearly a week. Major headache for me as I manage an Airbnb property.

Only took 15 minutes to install easy to use, love the app the only issue is when I change batteries every 3 months it doesn’t work right away it seems to go through 2 or 3 new sets of batteries then for some strange reason it starts to work
Good security lock easy set up, lock set batteries last a long time and are easily replaced ?

I do like my new Schlage lock, it did not come with the wifi connecter it’s sold separately for the price I did think it was a package. All in all after the initial set up it is working fine.
Decent app with a few annoying features

The app does its job but it’s not very user-friendly. In fact, some features are truly annoying. For instance, there seems to be no way to retrieve your key information while away from the lock - hence it’s impossible to share it with someone else remotely unless you have written it down somewhere or you remember it.

The app/software walks one through the very step with clear on-screen directions, clearly written text. If a misstep does occur, one is easily advised of this and guided to the steps needed to remedy, in the app.

Used to love app but now cant see anything. Cant lock/unlock while away. Not getting notifications and can’t change any settings. Do not recommend
