App lost after latest IOs – Schlage Home Review

Unable to create new pin codes and save them ever since IOs updated. Tried deleting and reinstalling on 3 different devices. Been over a week now, customer hotline is either a forever hold or hangs up after a recording. If a developer is listening, please shine a light on current status, thanks.
