I love everything about it. Typing on your phone, tapping a screen and knowing that it’s been converted into a paper letter that will be delivered quicker than if you had done your own paper, the included paper and envelope for a response- super! The only problem I have is when I notice a mistake I made in the body of my letter. If I go back (up), it will only let me type one character and then send the cursor to the bottom (end) of the letter. Very annoying. Otherwise- super product!

This is an AMAZING tool to use for our trainee during our families transition during BCT. Thank you to whom ever that followed through with this divine idea and concept for friends and especially family members to stay connected with each other.

I don’t know if I will be using this app anymore. My letter still have not arrived at my brothers base. Already a week.

My best friend has just started bootcamp and I was sick with Covid for alittle bit so wasn’t able to reach out but I’m better now and have been trying to send her letters through the sandbox app. I don’t want her to feel like I forgot about her while she’s away. They have been in transit for about a week now and I have tracked them to Tennessee through the app but everyone of our other friends and her family have written and received within 2-3 days. She has been asking her family why I haven’t written her and I have been writing her but she hasn’t received anything from me yet which is upsetting

I truly appreciate this app. I was used to snail mail coming from a military family, but with my son this helps tremendously. They for the most part get to him sooner and I like that he doesn’t have to go to the MCX to get postage, I can just send it via Sandboxx and I find it helpful you can book flights, hotel accommodations, rentals ect. On here too.

Love sandbox. It allows me to send letters and pictures to my son so quickly compared to regular mail. Even over night mail at the post office doesn’t get there as fast as using sandbox does. Thank you sandbox!!!!

I keep trying to delete and download the app over 3 times; I have tried logging in on wifi and data, I’ve tried every login option (Apple, Facebook, Google) and each time it says “error not connected to the internet”. I’d just like to write a letter from my phone please.
