Love this app! Made things so much faster and easier! Only problem is that the tracking isn’t always accurate, other than that I love it!

I got sandbox because my nephew who is at Marine Basic told me to use it to write him. I got the 20 postcard with inspirational quotes and six tokens to write letters to him. But I noticed that the postcards which were supposed to be sent on each week day did not always send out on each day and the letters that I wrote did not always print according to what was said on the application and also did not reach the delivery address within the proposed time and it is not due to Covid/holiday stuff because I know for sure one had to be re-printed because it was lost or disappeared into thin air. For the price I paid for the services I would not recommend it for others to use. Pretty disappointed with it. And also I didn’t like how there was no way to confirm that they received it. I have no idea if my recruiter has received anything that shows as delivered. Did he really get it or did it just get to someone’s desk and got lost? I guess I’ll find out when he graduates and receives his phone again.

I have been paying attention to the dates delivered. On average, the letters I write and send in regular USPS mail are arriving before the letters from Sandboxx and I got charged twice for the same letter that was sent twice a week apart. This would be a good service if they did what they said but they don’t. It’s just as fast to send through the mail and costs a lot less.

For some reason I got logged out not am trying to log back in and I can’t please help me fix it. I just bought some tokens and am worried am gonna lost it .and won’t be able to send letters to my son ..

I love Sandboxx and so does my boyfriend who I am currently writing while in boot camp. They send so fast and they keep him motivated. Such a great app!

This has been a great and easy app to stay connected to my husband while he’s at boot camp. Even through the holidays, letters arrived to base. I love that he gets an envelope and a stamp to write me back.
A bit pricey, however...

We were a bit taken aback by the cost of tokens/letters however it’s a wonderful way to keep in touch with our son, especially since snail mail seems to be taking longer than ever. Our son receives letters in two-three days, as long as we have them in by 5pm. This is longer than the “overnight” timeframe stated on their website. We’ve been using the app for just over two weeks and have yet to have a letter deliver overnight, so for us it isn’t accurate. Fingers crossed, maybe that will change since the holidays are done. Overall we’re happy with the app/product and love that we can send letters, as well as daily inspirations and newsletters, to encourage and support our recruit. Thanks Sandboxx!

It’s effortless and seamless to write and send letters. The option to send a pic with it is a plus. My wife says the pictures are clear also. You just have to remember that it does get to the base in one day. How fast the base mail room gets the letter to the soldier is another story.

Letters take longer through the app than they do if I send it regular mail. I was under the impression that letters would be received the next if they are sent before 5 pm that has proven to not be accurate info. Once my tokens are done I won’t be writing through the app anymore. I will keep it for updates since I can’t speak to my son

I’m able to write to my son and send and track him letters. It took the first letter I wrote three day for him to receive, which is good because deliveries has been delayed with the post office. Sandboxx also give my son free postage so he can write me back. So far so good.
