It took me a while to figure it out, but I’m soooo happy I can write him more often!!! Wha a great service!! Now I have to figure out the refer a friend!!!

I got a text that I could send a letter to my recruit, which was completely incorrect. He does not have a platoon number so there is no way to send a letter yet. Very frustrating. And I purchased tokens on my phone app which do not apply when I open my iPad app. What!!??

This is great way for us to send letters to our family going through basic training. It takes more than 7 days for letters to get from Guam to Texas. And we can add a photo is a plus.

While my son was in bootcamp, Sandboxx kept me up to date with all the weeks coming up and what my recruit was doing. All my letters got to him very fast and even sent me notifications when he wrote me back. I was able to even track my letters to him and track the letters he sent to me. I was able to purchase gift cards and stamps. All of which he received and able to use perfectly. Thank you Sandboxx! You’ve made the 3 months bearable and always supported me with questions I had in a timely manner. Customer service is AWESOME! If I could rate you more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend this app. You won’t be disappointed!

I am so pleased with Sandbox . I am still learning but I love the way I can send my recruit letters , gift cards , stamps ext . It makes me feel like a mom that can still help her baby . I bought the smallest package to start but I am definitely updating my tokens ! It’s an amazing feeling knowing my boy will get my words of encouragement and laughter as soon as possible . I am truly impressed ! Love you guys . Thank you

I love the corresponding TO the military. I have a letter headed to me FROM the recruit since Jan. 20. It is now Feb 8. I preferred him hear from me as he is a nephew but it is aggravating I’ve paid $25 not to hear back from him as it is lost.

I’ve been using sandboxx since January. This app has been a great help with offering an easy way for me and fiancé to communicate. He gets the letters pretty fast and I get his letters pretty quick too considering we’re pretty far away from each other. I really like this app, however the prices are kind of outrageous. Sometimes puts me in a rough spot, maybe drop them down a little? Or offer more tokens for the money?
