The new update release does not work for the iphoneX!!! It crashes every time I try to open the app! I have forced closed the app, restarted my phone, deleted the app and re-downloaded!! Nothing fixes it! Please help! I LIVE by this app to send letter to my husband!!! Help! Thank you!

This App is amazing! I thank thank you enough for what you done for my daughter's motivation while she's going through boot camp. My daughter said the best part of her day is receiving her letters with the picture everyday. Thank You Sandboxx!!! - the Santiago family
It doesn’t work well

I downloaded the app and sent out a letter two days ago and I got some other people that messaged me back but when I went back to open the app it won’t open it kept closing on me. I did it a couple of time and it still didn’t work so I delete the app and when I re-download the app again and try signing in to my account it won’t let me so I don’t know what is going on and it’s kind of frustrating and annoying.

When this app updates there always seems to be something that goes wrong. This time after update and phone update, the app will not open. It shuts down as soon as it starts to open. So like the last time, I deleted the app and redone loaded it. It did fix the problem however, this time it will not allow me to sign back in. I know that I am using the right information because it is saved in my phone. Even though it is saved, I try to reset my password, and it then tells me my email is incorrect. Double, triple checked it and it is not types in wrong. It has to be the app. Ugh PLEASE FIX SOON!!!

Best way to communicate with your recruit. They get the letters next day and you get a notification that it was deliver to the RTC. GREAT APP and great customer service!

Ridiculous that it cannot verify my phone # and keeps closing out. Not what I want when trying to send my recruit an email. Don't need this stress!!!

Omg I’m so grateful for the inventor of this app. It is so hard being away from my daughter but having this app makes it so much easier to communicate with her while she’s in basic training. She gets the letters the very next day so all important messages i need to send her she will get it ASAP. I was also able to purchase a gift card which she can use while on base. When i had an issue, i simply email someone on the team and my acct was credited back within minutes. Five stars from me

My husband is in the Marines, and this app helped out a lot while he was at Bootcamp, with fast shipment and giving him postage to answer me. And knowing I can use it while he's in training is nice, too. Although, it seems I can't track letters anymore. Is this a new feature, or does it have to do with location?

Today showed me how useful this app was. I haven’t been able to leave the house but the convince of being able to send a letter from my phone and know that my soldier will get it in 3 Days is the perfect solution when you can’t make it to usps
