Easy to use

This app makes writing to our son so easy! We miss him like crazy and want to write often and this is perfect for us. Letters seem to take at least 2 if not 3 days but I think it’s faster than regular mail.

I had wrote two letters to my friend who was on boot camp and it was delivered to the wrong person, it didnt even make it to the right company and the app gave me a notification saying something along the lines of (insert name of random recruit that wasnt my friend) has received your letter

I was trying to write to a friend in boot camp, but whenever the app asked for my cell phone number it never gave me the option to continue after that. So I haven’t been able to send out any letters to them and I’ve tried Googling it to find a solution and found nothing

This is The worst app you can ever download. I tried sending letters through this app along with the rest of my family and ended up wasting money, time, and effort. it's sent all the letters I was trying to send to my brother to my house which is really upsetting and we don't know why it did that but I am recommending to all my friends that no one gets this app. This is unbelievable.

I have received 3 of my 5 letters sent back to me about a month after my son left basic training . He never got to see them . This app is a waste of money and I highly regret using it .

I like the fact that it makes it faster for our beloved ones to receive the letters and that we can send them some gift cards and such. But I wish we could add more than one picture to the letters!
