Our Letters platform continues the mission by giving loved ones the ability to send physical mail to those in basic training, boot camp or on deployment directly from your phone. Letters sent to service members come with a pre-addressed return envelope to make it easier for your service member to respond.
Our Units platform allows service members to join your Units and stay connected with those you served with. My snail mail letters to my son in basic were getting jammed up in the USPS system and none of them had gotten to him by week two. I was beginning to freak out; I did not want my sailor recruit thinking his mama had forgotten him!! Then when I was online one day I saw an ad for Sandboxx and downloaded the app. The Sandboxx team had a letter delivered to my son within two days!! Forever grateful to have found such a valuable resource for keeping contact with my sailor recruit! The app is amazingly straightforward and easy to use, and best of all they even let you send a photo and daily motivation messages to your sailor/soldier/airman/marine/guardsman (they deliver to all branches!!) Sandboxx is also super affordable; I think $4 per letter, but they have bundles that bring the price down when you buy in bulk, which is helpful for lower income families who have to buy in bulk while they have the money before it’s gone. I’m pretty sure the developers of Sandboxx thought of everything!

I love Sandboxx and it is so convenient❤️ The only issue I have is that if I have a typo it’s hard to fix it. It won’t allow me to fix the mistake.

Sandboxx has been very helpful in getting my son his letters out in a few days. I am very appreciative of this app . Not only do your letters arrive in days but they are beautifully printed and also a beautiful picture is attached to it . Very affordable and prompt. Thank you sandboxx

dont update fast enough
Since the beginning of the week this app keeps saying it has no connection to the internet or something. I haven’t been able to write my family in the whole week. Can someone help me? It won’t even let me log on now.

This app made getting important stuff to our receuit faster! Same with getting him stamps, giftcards, etc. getting to track your letters && seeing when your recruit was writting back was 100% even better! getting to attach a picture was nice too! nothing like a handwritten letter tho! the workers that work the app are also fast at replying && answering questiins.

I really love this app and the individuals that run this app are wonderful. It’s amazing how much something like this can make a big difference in our soldiers life’s and in the families life’s as well. The response are quick and effective. I’m forever thankful for such a wonder app and resource. I recommend everyone use this wonderful way of communication.

I wrote my recruit near the end of October, 2021. The Sandbox tracking feature indicates that my child received the letter on November 3,2021, however, as of November 14, 2021, the letter had not been received! This is either a scam outfit or my child’s letter is being withheld by the military for some reason or another. I also paid for return postage so my recruit could write me back for free but I guess that’s my fault. Oh well, it was only $1.99, but it’s the principle of the matter. Trust until you’re shown the other party is untrustworthy. RUN, don’t walk, DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND USE THIS APP! Unhappy Parent User

Considering we are limited to one photo and a certain number of words you would think it would be much cheaper. Email is not expensive where does this money go? Our SIT‘s desperately need our support and you are profiting off of our troops. ?
