Letters taking a long time then advertised to ship out to loved one – Sandboxx Review

My best friend has just started bootcamp and I was sick with Covid for alittle bit so wasn’t able to reach out but I’m better now and have been trying to send her letters through the sandbox app. I don’t want her to feel like I forgot about her while she’s away. They have been in transit for about a week now and I have tracked them to Tennessee through the app but everyone of our other friends and her family have written and received within 2-3 days. She has been asking her family why I haven’t written her and I have been writing her but she hasn’t received anything from me yet which is upsetting
