I wish it would work with cellular instead of only WiFi! I’m not home often and it’s hard that you can’t save drafts or send the letters with cellular data.

I absolutely love the Sandboxx app! I can write and send letters without leaving my home. And it lets you send a picture with each letter for free! I will continue to use this app throughout my grandson’s Air Force career.

This isn’t very user friendly

I’ve written numerous letters to our granddaughter and the ability to edit your written text and add photos is terrible. If you are going to encourage families to use this app to write to their loved one’s fix the app so it’s more efficient! I can honestly say it’s awful!

I am loving this Sandbox app. I send my Recruit a sandbox letter and a regular letter in between. He gets the sandbox letters so much faster than the regular mail. So between doing both I know my Recruit is constantly getting mail from back home.

This is a great way to send letters!! It’s so easy and no need to go to the post office. The app runs perfectly. Zero issues and well worth the cost.

Expensive and slow to mail

I paid a large amount to mail a letter, thinking that it would go out the same day as the app said they print and mail throughout the day. The mail was not printed and mailed for four days. The letter will probably arrive 7-8 days after I wrote it. Terrible service.

Slower than regular mail

I sent an expensive ($4) letter and photo to my son on the 1st, still isn’t sent, for 4 days it was listed as printing. Very disappointed ☹️

Halfway through training

Halfway through training app kicked me out and would not let me back in but to start all over again and pay again
