This is ridiculous and becoming a waist of time every time! Dtw never has the f150 when I request it. Always have to wait at least a half hour. I want compensation! Give me free day rental on this one!

Only on home wifi. Pretty much useless on a travel app. Repeated attempts to reach out to CS gets a billion questions that aren’t related. New iphone and same issue. Terrible.

On more than one occasion there has been no one in Baltimore to receive the vehicles I drop off. That is when National will lose the vehicle then accuse me of not turning the vehicle back in the following day. Their customer contact prevention system is almost flawless. It requires serious dedication to make them aware they have lost their own vehicles. I strongly suggest to all customers of this company to get everything in a written receipt and make your own records of transactions and events. They are also fond of charging for fuel when you bring the vehicle back full. They may expect you to keep a gas can in the car and top off the last splash it takes to get from the gas station to the rental car return but that’s not very safe or practical. This company makes one consider who is in charge and what they do.

Terrible website and no recognition of my account

After spending 20 minutes filling out the required loyalty data at nationalcar./en/emerald…. I he mobile app does not recognize my “ status” or account…even though the web site show this information. What a poor user experience. This app should have been tested. Another reservation and another issue No cars!
