Communication Problem

There is no way to communicate with the local rental office once you make a reservation. You only get a central office phone number which cannot do much.
Horrible.

A line of 100 people waiting for cars. I won’t use National again and I have several choices.

I returned my rental on 11-5-21. I noticed that I had left my bath bag in the car that contained meds and some jewelry. I tried contacting the CS desk while waiting for my flight but no one would answer. When I got back to GA I went to do my expense report and went to my app to get a receipt and noticed that my app was stating that my car had not been returned. I called customer service and they would not give me a direct line to the location, the name of the manager or send an email confirming that I had contacted them.

Seems to have lost the ability to modify the pick up time of a reservation. Whats that all about?

I’ve been using National exclusively for the last 5 years. I’m an Executive Member and have told my team to use you exclusively. My last two rental experiences have been a disaster and the customer service has been worse. Honestly thinking about changing my allegiance and that of my team. I’ve never complained, but this is ridiculous.
