The feature where you toggle to stay signed in does not work!! So annoying!! Other than that I would really like the app.

National is great most of the time - but finding and applying “OneTwoFree” coupons is an UNBELIEVABLE hassle. Who has time for this?!?!?!?

I find this app used to be very good. It’s now very buggy and crashes a lot. Their system keeps going down. I love National... hate the app with a passion

My reservation for a small SUV (Equinox...) was a hassle. , we waited over 90minutes at the airport, the offsite rental office did not pick up calls, and so I finally went to the offsite rental office. They did not have the same size car and Instead put us in a smaller car at the same rate. They said they will give me a discount at check in but have been vague about t. Very frustrating after it was so easy to make the reservation online.
Vehicle Availability and Maintaining

The past couple of months every National location across the country that I have reserved a vehicle is out of cars and I have had to wait until they can get vehicles brought up from the car wash. I have had maintenance issues twice and each time I am downgraded on my replacement vehicle. Why should I stay loyal and work to be Executive if I’m not treated with the same loyalty?
