No car with my Executive Elite reservation

No car available with a reservation and no notification letting me know until I get to the counter to pick it up. Have over an hour wait and now missing my appointment.
Not happy

I can’t get anyone when calling and messages go unreturned. Your customer service is useless.

Unable to input arrival flight information

The app does not allow the traveler to input arriving flight information so the local office can confirm arrival time. I was delayed out of Amsterdam into Catalina, Italy, and had an issue changing the pick up time. I did call reservations, who was able to input the flight information. However, when checking, my old arrival time was not changed.
Cannot understand customer service agents

Very hard to understand your customer service agents! Their English is horrible. Not their fault but makes it tough to communicate with them

Looking for a available rental car and get an error to change the time and date. I check the same day and time in the browser and find all sorts of cars available. Had the issue with iOS 14 and 15. have the newest version installed and still can’t find anything in the app. Uninstalled the app, restarted the phone, installed the app again; same issue!

App is ok, somewhat efficient. However, billing within National is always wrong and they muck up reservations quite frequently. Very difficult to get customer service on the phone- prompts are absolutely useless!!! Do not try prompts, it puts you further behind

That’s the best word I could use. Hate the app, like the company. The app rarely works, doesn’t update info. Delete it, add it again. Same junk.
