First time ever used

Very easy to load and use. Easily found my account and loaded all of the data as seen with my on line account. Plan to use as the new normal way to reserve cars for my travel.

App just sends you in circles when you are doing the most basic things. But that’s the same thing the company does over the phone so I’m not surprised.

Very disappointing in BHM airport the rental car needed vacuum dust on the panel and had the smell of smoke in the rental was all away from airport.Service was terrible in Bhm.

I would be great to be able to see when a members free days expire on this App. Calling the customer service line is the only way I have found to be able to do this. Love the App though, but there’s always room for improvement.

Cannot see my reservation through my company agent. I search and find it, but cannot figure out how to add to my trips.

Crashes regularly, deletes free rental days off of your account, and cancels reservations. You should avoid this app as it actually makes your experience worse with National then it already is. Sitting on their customer support line is less painful then using this garbage.

Very unprofessional approach to vehicle management at their Waikoloa village location,they don’t inform the valet staff when they remove keys from their board...when I went to the valet to retrieve my rental, the keys were gone and the agent had taken my rental agreement and everything else from the vehicle and cleaned it and put it up for rental to someone, no explanation or return of the personnel items I had in the vehicle was given. I was not contacted by National or any of their representatives with any info as to why this happened
