Your app will not advance on screens, so you have to trick it into finalizing the reservation. Its a real pain.
Pointless having Emerald Club

The past 3 trips I have had and booked with national, I have been told to go to the counter to update my profile and been assured that it wouldn’t happen again. I just booked another trip and sure enough, I’m getting the error stating I need to go to the counter instead of to the emerald club isle to pick a car. Double checked and all of my information is up to date. Should be no reason for me to have to wait in line and go to the counter.

Emerald Counter Service at the Charleston SC airport was smooth and efficient. Cars are right outside the terminal, and no exit booth!

The service was excellent. I was returning to terminal to depart Nashville and it wasn’t until I was in the Southeast ticketing line that I reached for my glasses. I then remembered I forgot my glasses in the car I rented. I had to return back to the drop off center and I spoke to the attendant and they searched and found my glasses. They went beyond to find them. That is just another reason I use National exclusively. Thank you again National!

Customer service at Denver told me if I find A cheaper car go rent it. “We don’t care”. That is enough for me.
Duplicate charges

Stay alert about the charges on car rental in your bank account. This company made double charges of car rental and let me without money all weekend. So mad and I’ll call them to resolve the issue and 7 days later still in same situation. Thanks for ruining my days at PR
