Consistently "can't connect to network please try again" for literally days or weeks at a time. Randomly will work for travel but rarely. When it does, it's great- just super super rare.

Reason I use national the most is so I don’t have to stop at the counter. Spokane International Airport location wouldn’t allow virtual check out
Can’t update my credit card in the app
