The National app doesn’t allow you change, that I have seen, the cc you are using. Big issue needs to be addressed.

Been sitting at the Little Rock airport for over 30 minutes along with everyone else whose flights all arrived same as mine. No cars available and ready for us. Completely unacceptable especially when you see other rental companies quickly getting people on their way and they have cars readily available

After having a car reserved for over a month I get to the location at midnight and no cars. They keep on telling me ‘it is not an ideal situation’. No solution how I am going to transport 3 people at 5:30 am. I rent every week from them. I wonder how they treat the less than frequent renters

Good overall, wish the app would actually scan all the bar codes for vehicles, or have a clear bar code on/in vehicle. Would be nice to have a return feature when putting the keys in a drop box, some airports are not staffed early/late when returning. Would be nice to have the feature to map back to return location when notified that “your rental is due today”, allow to extend or map to return location.

Stop locking up!
Not an app fan
App keeps locking up when trying to edit an existing reservation. When this is the only way to make last minute changes with no people readily available, THIS HAS TO BE RIGHT!

I’ve been renting cars from National for nearly 25 years. Always happy and always a good experience. Only once did a reservation go sideways and that was due to the previous renter extending there use. The people at the counter made the situation more than right. I’ll always be a customer.
