…but I’ve had only good experiences with Emerald Club. From free upgrades to easy pick-up options, you really can’t go wrong!

The app is awful. Shows a red exclamation point that something is wrong in my profile. Click on my profile and everything is “*”ed out and doesn’t tell me what info is wrong. So I re enter all my information only to still have the same error.

8 times out of 10 when I try to log into the app it’s down for maintenance. This is worthless to count on for a traveler when National no longer gives me paper when I check in.
