Frustrating and inconsistent

I got this app to save time and to make it easier to pay my bill. To make things simpler, I enabled Touch ID but it seems like every other month when I use the Touch ID, the app forces me to do a full login. Add to that, the app’s character requirements force me to create passwords outside of my normal method, it just gets frustrating.


It could be better

The app is NOT bad. However the app could be better iMessage numbers should be listed all numbers should be shown... my Verizon app shows all!!

This app is not trustworthy half the time. It won’t connect. Or I make payments that say posted (and I see that they’ve been withdrawn from my checking account), but the app STILL says I missed a payment now and then, and makes me double pay. I call AT&T, and they have to fix it all while I wait on the phone. Who has time for that? Isn’t that the whole point of an app?!

Terrible experience with ATT right now, I have called and spoke with 3 different people and my issue is still not resolved. My father called and was told the issue would have to be resolved tomorrow. I have been a loyal customer for 15+ years and i can’t understand how none of your support staff could figure out the issue and none of your support staff can figure out where and how someone, i don’t know, changed our address, changed the authorized users of the account and deleted all of our phones from our account. This is the worst experience i have ever had with your company and if my issue isn’t resolved tomorrow by 9am, i will cancel my service with your company and go to a company that can protect our private information and has better security for this type of issue. Let me also mention that none of your representatives think that this is a fraud issue, it’s a fraud issue. Someone is using four information to have a phone and your company is doing nothing about it.

Yeah it’s getting better at least I haven’t had to spend three days chasing a password around and being told by just as frustrated as me, att employees that I never had an account. Except I have a bill??? Funny it was, not really!!! You got a long way to go to make this app 5 stars. But three gets you around a little bit like 2010 I’m good with that if you are.

I have the iPhone X and the app doesn’t even want to remember my login as usual. Even when I had the 6S+, half the time I would have to force quit the app and restart it to avoid having to re-enter my login info. The app doesn’t know the difference between Face ID and Touch ID (which I no longer have) this issue has existed for far too long. It terribly frustrating that one of the biggest 3rd party companies on my phone can’t get past the login page without running into an issue.... fix it already.
