The app cannot get usage data. Says “there was a hiccup” for months. IT support said they would correct it but they didn’t and never heard from them again.

AT&T has The most horrible service of Any business I have ever dealt with! I have spent 35 minutes trying to get access to my bill online with Zero success, despite having followed ALL the prompts about 15 times!!! Every person I know HATES dealing with at&t D/t the horrible customer service! AT&T - your motto should be “Hook em’ up & forget em’” cause if someone needs to contact you for anything ... it’s nearly impossible, & extraordinarily aggravating!!!

Horrible service. Nothing ever gets resolved and all they do is transfer transfer transfer. Then you get disconnected. Really thinking of cancelling service

The worst service ever! They charge you for everything and they don’t let you know. I only have internet with them for 60 a month comes out to be $64 a month. Paid that first month on the spot. That was sep. they didn’t charge me on oct, nov. when I had set up auto pay with them since I signed up. I just paid a bill of $72 something and my next bill will be $99 for the month. This is insane. How do you go from 64 to 72 to 99. Ridiculous. Horrible way to get screwed. Join AT&T! Have a blessed day!

Recently, we upgraded our internet service from 45Mbps to 1000Mbps... while we should see a significant difference - we have not! The best speed via Speedtest hosted by AT&T has been 180Mbps download and upload speeds and while this is better than on a 45Mbps plan - it’s nowhere where it should be!!! I’ve called support, chatted with support, tried to work through the on-line support self help site to no avail!!! I’m tired of the troubles and have never experienced this much difficulty with Comcast. I’m very disappointed and frustrated because I know when my billing cycle runs - I will be charged full price for half-price service provided!!! AT&T needs to get there @%#+ together!!! At 1000Mbps I probably shouldn’t be able to blink an eye before my web pages load but this is far from the truth... ugh!!! Seriously considering going back with their competitor!! Ozan
