Att is terrible. customer service is the worst. Never again. Over priced service.

Terrible app. Very slow. Unresponsive most of the time. And it’s not my phone. I have used the app on a IPhone 7 and 10. Just poorly built app in general. IT team needs to sit down with app developers and get it right. AT&T is a multi billion dollar company. This should not be a problem.

ATT keeps changing this app and turns more and more into an up-selling tool without solving the general problem. I’m looking for an App, which is built around the customer needs and issues rather than the ATT profit centers and customer accounts. I don’t care about the difference between uVerse, mobile, etc. why does this need to go on the front? Also: The initial idea of helping with the tedious task of finding out why ATT fiber is (as so often) not working has been buried somewhere deep. Last but not least: you would think that an app can remember my login properly? Not this one. Maybe some day in the future?

AT&T is the absolute worst phone service company out there, customer service is crooks and service is extremely poor. Stay away!

Showing I have used 8.8 Gigs and 31 days to go. 3rd day of month is last day of last period, It should show 11.2 Gigs remaining with 31 days. Get it right or I get VERIZON Wireless.
