I think the app is great for helping me keep track of how much data I use on my phone.

I spoke with someone, (they all have fake name) a customer loyalty manager, a few months back and he promised me my bill would be a certain amount each month for a minimum of 24 months. Here I am 3.5 months later and my bill has already increased by $30. Some loyalty! I've been loyal ATT, where's your loyalty!?!?

Everything I stream pauses to load every 20 seconds

Pay $40 a month, online gaming never lags, yet every single time I stream a movie, it stops to load every 20 seconds. Been going on for a couple months now. When taxes come in, we’ll be switching to comcast WiFi if this crap is still going on.

This app loads so slow that sometimes I just cancel out of it and use my computer. Even the iPhone app is slow. Also, at times it does not respond when moving through the app or puts you in a loop so that you end up going around in circles. AT&T should be ashamed.
Overseas plan $$$$$ ?!!!

Went on a trip to Asia and call AT&T to make sure they change my plan to avoid an increase rooming rate and just find out that my bill is now over $400!
