Awful, horrible app. Trying to check my account when already signed in, having me sign in over & over & over again. I deleted this garbage app after the worst experience I've ever had using an app. Also, it will not update any payments you have made, constantly saying you owe a balance after it’s been paid. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, ITS NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION.

Every time I try to pay our bill through the app, it will not let me. Feels like I have 17 different usernames and/or passwords and go through the same things every time. I’m over it.

2 weeks traveling in Brazil and I cannot pay my balance because I cannot access Myatt nor login ar Att site. No matter if Passcode is change. Bad. I will be charge for later payment when returned USA.

The app is slow, clunky, and difficult to navigate or accomplish anything with. Just like the AT&T website and their tech support.

AT&T customer service has gone down into gutter. Very rude agents unwilling to resolve issues, and would always blame customers for the rip- off up-sell given to the customers, by their lying coworkers. After 15 plus years with them, time to take my business somewhere else now

This is by far the worst app ever, which is sad because it is a mobile provider. I’m very displeased with it.
