You should fire your interface designer

What a terrible new interface. Not only that it slow but its interface is incredibly non user friendly. The past interface allows us to compare new plan if we wanted to upgrade our plan.. now, I don’t even know what tab to click on to navigate around. AT&T mobile app department, you should fire your interface designer. In this day and age, you want to make sure that you made it easier for your customers yo navigate around your app.

C’mon guys we need support for full screen usage of iPhone X. As a wireless service provider you are supposed to be a leader when it comes to innovation and technology yet over a month after release of iPhone X the app still doesn’t use the full screen real estate. ?

App rarely shows combined bundled bill If call for questions you’ll get 6 different answers from 3 different people No one seems to know much about what there selling our service the provide No one working off the same play book Very frustrating company

I have been a customer for 10 years! I have no service at the home I purchased in Castor Louisiana! I DO NOT like the next program. I have been loyal to AT&T and now I feel I am being punished and there are no discounts or incentives to stay loyal to this company.

There is something not right about this app. After logging in. I’m not able to press certain area about some info of mine to completely understand what’s behind that info that I’m not able to see or get access to. But besides this app. 6 days ago, I just recently have a annoying issues of my mobile phone bar signals that flunctuates to zero bars to no service at all. I did communicate with the tech support. (1)can’t find the problem then was given 1/866 number to call. (2) just yesterday called and talk another tech. Support I was told verbally they will fixed the issue and they will notify me. Half of the day, I received a text message that the problem was fixed. Went home no changes. Still flunctuates to no service on my mobile phone bar signals. (Lier)??? I tried my own troubleshooting to resetting to removing the SIM card to etc,etc. same thing it’s been 7 days and the issues/problems still exists. I’m paying for a mobile cell phone service that I can’t fully utilize. Please note this was never ever an issues until 7 days ago. What wrong at&t you have a tech support that transfering the problem to someone else. then only to be lied to that it was fixed and they getting paid????

I just got the new iPhone X. So I’m having to log into my app and trying to pay my phone bill but oh! It says I’m not an existing AT&T customer! It says I have the wrong password. So I’ve changed my password not once, but two times. And those two times I changed it and have tried to log in, I’m now locked out of my account it claimed I don’t have. AT&T do a f$#*ing better job.
