Waste of time

I wasted so much time trying to use this app when I can just use the website on my phone’s web browser.
The Worst!!!!
What did we do before apps??
This app is the worst! Very difficult to get into sometimes it will state your passwords not good and you know your passwords good after the third time entering same password and it will let you in. Very difficult to navigated through gives you real no information.
quit over charging people for there plans!!!!!!

charges on our account are outrageous, they say its only 66$ a month, and i tirn the plan down so it could be that cheep but then get a bill over 100$ for what!?!? there are no late fees or overages, why are we getting charged more than what the plan was set at i dont understand and wish i never needed this line or phone even for how i get charged and jerked around with the billing. it is so unfair i will never refer AT&T to anyone unless they want to get fees and charges hidden that are not part of the plan chosen and specified, i will tarnish this name as long as it continues and until it is resolved i will be changing to VERIZON WIRELESS as soon as possible.

I COULD easily love this app IF it didn't take so long to load. Even on super fast WiFi networks, it takes too long to load. Even using my iPad pro. Fix that and I'll give you five stars.

This app seriously needs to go through some testing. The user experience is horrible. The design is fine in most areas, but fails where it counts the most. I don’t want a luxurious app if it’s not very functional. Don’t waste my time with these fancy cards if simply navigating through your app is going to tank as a result. Clunky over the top visuals that hinder my ability to do the simplest tasks. ATT please take a hint from banking and finance apps (not made by apple) because that is how his app should behave. Also, don’t change my rating from 2 to 3 stars after I send this review. Your app did that and I find it despicable. Thanks

Literally nothing. I've been using his app for years, updated it because the older version wouldn't let me log on and now NOTHING WORKS. it just sits there telling me my password is wrong, that my last name is not associated with the number that I have owned for over a decade. Such crap. Such absolute crap.

Att me encanta aunque desde antes de Maria he confrontado problemas con la señal en mi casa donde cojia una señal súper que hasta que deje el internet de liberty para acogerme al de ATT y si la señal sigue así voy a tener que dejarlo.
