I hate the waiting game just to load a webpage or when I need to research something very quickly, it takes forever I’ve tried different systems and all are the same. I’m very dissatisfied with their services and their very high prices

. . . to the monthly usage graphs? They were usually just right there and easy to find, one of the only reasons i ever used the app during the month.

Ironically the support page rarely works which is ridiculous. But if you need to make a payment, those pages load in a jiffy!

Excited to install my new Cell Booster as the old, reliable Micro Cell has been deemed obsolete. Sadly, Connecting the Cell Booster requires signing in to AT&T which has proven impossible for 2 days.

You added long distance to my 14 year old sons phone. He doesn’t need it and I didn’t approve it.

App locks up, drops user id, forgets password, and you can't cancel a line from it. Spent 45 minutes with four different people to do the simple task (cancel service on a line) but wait on the phone you must - time to find another carrier. Bait and switch on my plan (with ten line) and a surprise that you need to wait 90 days to cancel ANY LINE after you make a change. No complaint about service coverage but a storm thee weeks ago screwed up our service area and no results from ATT to fix it. Big company, little customer - they could care less. Worse yet the recent updates on the App make it all but impossible to find usage data or billing information - bait and switch by phone operators is part of this big business sham. Fast talking snake oil “upgrades” to your plan with a new phone to boot. If it sounds too good to be true it’s because they haven’t told you everything. The shame is against its customers if we stay around. The’ve lost me (and my ten lines) next time we can all switch.
