Waste of Time

I have mobile app and it’s a big waste of time in my opinion. Just moved and AT&T told me I could not keep my old number. This app, for whatever reason, will not allow me in to manage my phone features with the new phone number. Many calls to Tech Support, nothing works. Each time I am assured all is ok now. This app does recognize the new number but can’t perform any tasks with it. Don’t bother with this especially if a move and phone number change is eminent.

Great overall look for a app from AT&T now if only you guys could make the DirecTV now app as great if not better to compete with Hulu which has a very cool app!
App and service stinks

App is too small for iphone SE. can’t read entry and responses on screen - menues too deep. Hard to locate add international and other services.
Buggy app still

I’ve heard turning off data doesn’t work for a lot of people. I hate that I turn push notifications off but I still get 5-10 messages a day about my bill being ready to view. This app has everything to be great if it just worked better. Sadly I have to pretty much disable app and reinstate and re log in every time I wanna use to get around my bug. Running iPhone though and I didn’t have this same issue on Android
Slow. Most pages refuse to load.

I open the app, and nothing happens. I click on the menu on the upper right of screen, and select usage. Takes a bit to load a screen, but that’s the only screen that actually works. I’ve tried letting the other pages load, and after 2 minutes I give up. It’s the same if I’m on LTE, or Fios.
App has major bugs

AT&T app use to work great but now it has major issues when I try to click on anything. Plus it always says chat is busy now. I’m trying to look into getting a new iPhone but app is so slow if it allows me to type and it’s as if it can’t recognize I’m clicking. As I type this it’s not an issue to type. Please fix

Why can’t these app developers figure out we don’t want to renter our password after every upgrade. There is a reason I enabled the finger print access.
