$1350 for the phone plus $80 few days ago and now $300 for two phones and i cant even check the info for seeing the bill and the application only open when i talk to the representative person + activation super high. Worst everglades florida bad signal.


Prices for long time customers

I’ve been a loyal ATT customer for several years and have everything bundled in our home. My wife and I both ATT wireless service as well. My concern is that we feel we are not getting the best possible price we can get from you considering everything we have is ATT. We should get a better price for being so loyal for so many years and with so many of your devises. It’s not fair that new customers get great deals while the loyal ones are left to the waste side. Sure, you offer the Thanks program but it is not enough for a family of 5 and does nothing for our ever increasing bills and utilities. I had to logon more than once to get access to this app. Not only that, it crashes & I have to login again! Please upgrade this app. It causes needless aggravation

I don’t get the best reception in my area and the customer service is atrocious. I have called several times to get help and have been told incorrect information. The last time I talked with someone, I was told that I would get a credit towards my bill and that never happen.
