Horrendously slow app, useless customer service, and unable to provide consistently fast data, even on the elite plan. AT&T used to be synonymous with quality, but the service I have recently experienced ranks in the top three worst in my lifetime.

Feeling lied too to switch. Made to pay taxes at target for phones. Then charged more taxes at att and more it’s ridiculous


Hidden fees from no where

They put a un authorized number on my line that I did not ask for nor was I asked about them still made us pay the bill after the took it off for a line we never even new was added. Then everytime we get new phones there always trying to add extras saying it will save you put then you look and your bill is 75 dollars higher been with this company since I was 15 I’m 27 now and I’m so disappointed idk if we are staying with them they used to be amazing I don’t know what’s happens but I’m sick of getting hidden fees that literally come out of no where and adding a line with out my approval
