Horrible I am having so many problems with the app with the crazy text saying I owe this or sending me wrong information. I can’t get a responsible human being to talk to me it’s over 10 days now I’ve tried every day to communicate with someone since I bought the iPhone X and the free 8 I’ve been told lies to get the sale on the phone . I’ve been to the chat and after talking they just leave the chat with still no answers . Fed up ! Worst experience with AT&T with this new purchase

This app is thoroughly confusing and makes it almost impossible to do the simplest things. Whoever designed it should not be employed. It is a huge reason not to deal with ATT.

Seriously considering leaving AT&T as they promise unlimited service, but slow you down so much that you’re data plan becomes useless.

I have hell of a time to get into my account. Nothing works-absolutely nothing. I am so frustrated that i probably will cancel my account with att and pray that i find a better provider.
