This app collects data that goes far beyond what’s needed to facilitate service. What is Verizon doing with your usage data via the app? Not to mention the custom experience disaster to opt you into giving them all your data. This is definitely the worst company out of US carriers in terms of user friendliness and privacy.

i have had 2 months in a row of Verizon taking $438.00 (each month) from my credit card with no explanation!!!! i have been in the website with no luck& they make it impossible to even get a virtual person to resolve this!!!! I previously had AT&T before switching to Verizon. I definitely intend to go back to AT&T when my contract is done!!!!!!

This app is terrible. It’s basically their website in an app. It’s not a good way to get support and it’s just another way for them to try to upsell you on things.

As a utility app, it is everything you need it to be. It’s easy to navigate, I can check my usage, add data and everything is very simple. For shopping, it is a nightmare. I wasn’t able to get helpful answers in the chat, there is no clear way to navigate to the cart. Every time I looked at a different type of accessory, I had to refilter for what phone I wanted compatibility with. And honestly the website was not much better. Please do better.

This app is difficult, at best. Navigation is flaky. Mamy times buttons, arrows, and X are non-responsive. Navigation is not intuitive. Many times instructions are given that simply do not work or match the device menu. For example in describing how to use certain Verizon features you are being charged for: “On Samsung S10 goto >Settings….” then the next steps do not even match the menu tree in the phone. I expect more from a global telecomm powerhouse. My phone will also not access the Verizon Up rewards even after 57 minutes straight troubleshooting steps with a rep. How convenient that the worst-functioning feature is the one with something free for a customer.

The most frustrating ap I’ve ever used. I had to sign in 4 times to read a help article on how to set up a new phone. I’m going back to the online website
