Customer service has gone down while prices went up

Credit card mess up
nickname is a pain
6 times I entered the cc number correctly and still the app said it was invalid. Tried a different cc and did the same.
Horrible payment experience
omg fnaf is amazing
I have set up payment on a specific card and every so often it doesn’t remember my card info do it doesn’t automatically pay my cell bill. This results in being late with payment and then having to set up the payment card again. Also, I can’t see what I am typing right now

Can’t ever figure out which Verizon I’m dealing with! Very confusing. Change the names do it is clear which company I’m paying or subscribing to.

Cannot accomplish anything with this app. End up calling them and get auto operator. Frustrating and a complete waste of time. Set appointment to have them call me twice, no call either time. About time to switch to AT&T.
