This app should be very helpful but it either freezes or doesn’t work. It happens all the time and it’s really frustrating.

Non performimg, false upsell on 1% of nation on 5g. Errors on app. The only thing that works on app is taking your money. That works flawless! Everything else is amateur just like the 5g bandwagon. I barely have 4G and look how long Verizon has been rolling that out.

Constantly asks me to re-sign in. Customer service pages’ button to not allow me to submit the page. Up rewards are times out regularly

How does a prominent phone company have such a bad app? Can’t do much of anything on it, without it giving me errors and telling me to try again later?

Getting tired of dealing with bilingual folks in other countries when I call customer service. I’ve been on hold and in this call for over 20 minutes and when customer service answered they are searching for answers as to why my bill has increased. Online it says for 5G, but the 4 phones on my account are not 5 G capable, nor do I want it.

I am using a current line of iPhone when running this app. It is always slow and clunky. Most of the time I navigate, it more or less feels like it has a mind of its own. The year is 2022, can't we do better than this Verizon?

Interesting. I never get help and my passwords never work I don’t think I’ve talked to anybody even a Verizon computer for a year now

They never answer. The robot on the line with you can’t understand English so nothing gets accomplished. I’ll just quit paying my bill and maybe they’ll call.

Blank white screen when attempting to manage plan or view bills. Not much use besides Verizon promotions. Hope they fix it.
