Terrible customer service

Am not an account owner for my own account so i cant do anything without calling customer support. The line said it would be a 20 minute wait and i am currently still on hold after an hour. I will not be using Verizon anymore.

Why waste keystrokes shouting into a hole? Verizon doesn’t listen to customers anymore. They’re too big for silliness like that. They prefer to jack up your monthly amount billed and pretend that giving worthless shop bucks means something.

Verizon has been overcharging us for new phones we paid cash for. They are charging an additional $10 per month for our phones which paid cash in full for last January!

Forget it.
