Bill was not accurate, I got charge a late fee because even though auto charge was set they didn't charge it.

Don't like the format. Not as user friendly. The app before the upgrades was much better. Was easier to figure out and access what you wanted. This just looks like bunch of words and advertisements. Not quite like an app where I want to pay my bill change my plan view my bill. Definitely a step back.
Great new look

This app got an overhaul. Easy to use, not as clunky as before. I'm a huge fan of streamlining which they have integrated well up this this point.
