really luv the app
I have paid my bill twice this month and expect next months to be credited in full. So in effect I am now a month ahead in payments. I am presently very unhappy with Verizon as I kept getting payment overdue notices on the app. Did you lose my check? :(

This is by far the worst company I have had to deal with I have had to make 5 phone calls and go into the store wasting multiple hours of my time to correct an issue that was your company fault

The app has many glitches or issues. Can’t update manager status, won’t save a card for future payments, freezes up. Too much going on, hard to find the everyday tools. This app wants to sell you something, not help the existing customers.

I cancelled my credit used to pay Verizon because of fraudulent activity on my account. I haven’t been home to get my new card so I bought what I thought were Verizon cards to pay my bill. I now understand I purchased $170.00 of prepaid refill cards that can not be used on my app to pay my bill. I also can not get ahold of anyone to find out how to use this $170.00. According to google I can’t use the prepaid cards to pay my bill. Since these cards are also non refundable; it looks like I have basically thrown $170.00 away that I will now go without food this week, so I can pay by phone bill. Since I also need my phone for my job it’s a matter of lose my job or don’t eat. Needless to say I’m incredibly unhappy with Verizon

My checking account number changed by one digit, do to the fact my bank was sold to another... kept telling me that information was already on file...my bank said my echeck number on file with you must be updated...said it would charge me to take to someone so I ended up using my debit card...not what I wanted to do

I believe we are paying too much for cellphone service. We will probably look at a new provider.

App is terrible can never “process request” and website is terrible too 100+ billion dollar company and can’t get a simple app right but lord knows it’ll tell you when your bill is due ??????
