Verizon representatives make promises that they do not follow up on. There are hidden fees that they don’t tell you about nor do they erase after promising to remove them. This is very disappointing !!!!

I feel like this could’ve been a quick phone call versus a long drawn out online conversation. Not the fault of the representative just of Verizon in general

Phone company doesn’t use phones

I find it frustrating that whenever I want to speak to someone with Verizon, the customer service line is automated and connects me to a digital assistant that says they don’t communicate over the phone, only via chat. That’s ironic and pathetic, imo.
First use, very sluggish response...

Very sluggish response first attempt to use the app. Not impressed.
