I have for many days tried to get things accomplished at Verizon on line and you know what I am not happy and as I type this my typing is not showing up. Verizon has not been very helpful.

I think I’m going back to t mobile. I don’t think I’ve struggled this bad with service internationally like I did with Verizon. I’m disappointed I expected better from them.

Verizon along with all these other phone companies are less in the business of providing a great service and more in the business of extorting money from people. They offered us a $300 gift card to switch which we did and then made the process of getting the card painfully slow and tedious. Then when I went to use it to pay my bill there was no way to see how much was on the card within the app. They just let you know there’s not enough money or it’s there but not the amount. It took me a few minutes to guess the correct amount. Everybody’s going nuts about politics but why the F*** isn’t someone fixing these companies criminal activities. If I did this crap I’m sure someone would be knocking on my door, but Verizon does it and everyone’s on vacation. Extortionists!


Verizon sucking us dry during covid

I am getting 500 dollar bills every month when my payment is suppose to be 350 a month can’t get caught up and need our phones because we have disabled children. Thanks so much Verizon keep sucking us dry till we lose our phones.


No key chain access.

It’s 2021 why does this app not have keychain access. Also when typing this review on my iPhone with dark mode enabled the VZ screen is white and the text in the typing box is white, so I literally can’t read the review I’m typing. Hopefully I’m not making it in readable. Also registration was a nightmare, and the password selection was a joke. I would input a password that the check boxes said was not an easy password, but then when clicking register it would tell me the password was too easy and make me start over. It took about 10 different password attempts each checking the ok box before ending up denying me. If the app had keychain access I could have used an apple generated password to make one impossibly difficult. Yet again, I can’t see what I’m typing, hopefully it makes sense.


Poor Customer service and Autopay issues

Payment issues and VZ app issues. I have been trying to pay my bill for approximately 3 weeks and it will never go through even when it told me my pmt had been successful. Do get me started on trying to set up auto pay I thought it had been done for my February bill but no it didn’t work so I have tried numerous time to set it up for March’s Bill and was told today that it was not set up and to try again to set it up. They have confirmed with me that this has been an on going issue but do not know when it will be fixed. I have been with Vz 15+ years and I think I need to look for a better cellular service with customer good service.
