Crashes when taking photo of credit card

Tried a couple times but crashed so I was forced to MANUALLY enter my card. Feels like 2012 again, ugh.
Now have to use 2 apps

With the old app, I was able to manage my family plan limits and pay my bill and see my accounts and everything all in one app. Now I had to download a second nap and I still want it happen not to be able to use my mobile phone to control my kids data usage. This is just one more step and one more hassle my life I do not need.
Don't use app to change your services!

Be warned, transactions to change your services may not work and Verizon will not credit you. I removed international from my plan after a trip and the app showed my new bill and everything looked good. Next bill arrives and charges are still accruing. Call Verizon, and they have no record of this. So no way to remove charges. Have to do it over the phone. I have confirmed this behavior twice. Use the app to check your balance if you like but don't try to actually change anything. Call and talk to someone instead.

The older version was faster and more user friendly. Disappointed they changed it. Looks great but it will not allow me easy access to my data usage as before.

I have found this upgrade as not very user friendly. The bill pay is fast and convenient but I difficulty finding what I really want. I preferred the previous version.

Unhappy With New App ?
Terrible app. Go back to old app. This one isn't user friendly. Deleting this app when finished with review. Had to type this 4 times because so many complaints everyone using same topic. Makes you start over. Please update back to old app. Love Verizon hate new app!!
The old version worked just fine...

I really can't stand this new version. You can't find anything, you can't do anything and the entire set up is warped. It's sad that so many people in charge of technology spent hours upon hours to make everyone miserable.
