Horrible experience. Very slow, clunky and buggy even on the latest iPhone. Literally the worst app I have ever used. People who learn to use Xcode in a week can definitely write a better app than this.

The app is stuck on a blank white page with sign in on the top whenever I open the app

This app is a buggy mess. I’m astounded with so many people giving it a near-perfect 5-star review. When checking orders I’m always signed out of that window (because it looks like a website and not an actual window within the app) and when trying to sign back in, I get the Verizon app notification to allow access. I click allow access, that takes me to another window, taking me out of the orders section, I allow the access and because I was removed from the orders window I am asked to do it all over again. So frustrating!! How is it that the largest carrier in the country has such an awful, buggy, laggy, and generally unresponsive app?? It feels like adding a Verizon website extension to your app screen rather than being a complete immersive app experience.

I pay and view my bill once a month but it seems not to be working. Please fix this issue thank you.

Disappointed that Verizon did NOT offer the $5 credit toward merchandise purchase that I can bank each month. This would help me much better when I must purchase a new phone. $3 gift card doesn’t come close to being a substitute.

Ridiculously circuitous and lacking direction or solutions. I cannot pay, I cannot chat with the bot, there are no solutions, instructions or assists. I now see why there are so many complaints.

Incessant spam calls that Verizon is always able to identify and alert its a robocall, but somehow isn’t able to block. I have their spam blocker and it lets through many calls every day, always from the same area codes. Verizon - if you know and identify them as spam calls then you can certainly also block them. As if my $450 monthly bill isn’t enough, they’d like to risk that whole bill and squeeze me for yet another $2.99 to pay for the advanced spam blocker. Rather than protecting your customers, you give us death by a thousand robocalls. The calls are incessant and disruptive to meetings, sleep and life. Come on Verizon. Do better. This is ridiculous.

When trading in my phone for a new 13 pro max I was asked if the phone was damaged. I answer that the screen was cracked. I was then told it was still eligible for trade in. At checkout I was told it was not eligible. Very confusing and would be nice to deal with humans. Very poor communication and poor experience. I may cancel everything and give AT&T my $400 a month.

I always receive a friendly answer if I have any problem with my cell phone service. I just find that the wait time on hold waiting for an agent can be uncomfortably long.
