App works good so far. No problems. I’m able to make payments and see how much data I’m using.
Why does your app on the day the payment is due, state your account is past due this could result in lack of service. I checked my statement and my statement says due August 10 today is August 10. In the last four months I’ve paid the payment and then another payment has come out so I wanted to wait until the last day to make it but when you open up the app and it makes you look as if you are delinquent that is not a welcoming site just an FYI for your verbiage when your statement says it’s due on the 10th the 10th should not say account is past due
I really haven’t had a problem using this app. I have been able to get through to a human to discuss my options. My only beef is that it doesn’t save my password and even though I touch to access I still have to key in the password. I haven’t found the place where you can change your password. If you have Mediacom this is a pretty good tool to use.
I want the ability to report an outage. The app says there is no outage in my area but my internet doesn’t work. And because half the Midwest got knocked out with a storm I can’t call, email, chat, get a call back, or text with anyone to report my outage that the app says isn’t there!
Fails to provide even minimal data whenever there’s an outage, just get a red mark
I find the App to be very ineffective. Have tried to reach customer service by requesting a call back and the App is non-responsive - keeping me in an endless loop. I have just switched providers after years if spotty service.
There was very little thought put into this app. There is no way to know if an outage is currently happening in your area by the app. You could only occasionally pay your bill online. Half the time the app is down and that function is not available. Even when you have paid your bill -it frequently tells you your bill is late. This happens even though you’ve paid your bill on time. One of the most annoying things is there’s no way to troubleshoot your service without the annoying circle of needing a real person. I get it that there is no one available after hours to help, but at least if you’re going to run me in circles, let me know in advance that there is going to be no help after hours don’t circle me through a lot of BS only to tell me there’s nothing you can do. There isn’t a lot I like about AT&T, but their app is far superior to this one.It has real troubleshooting available and can tell you if there is downtime issues in the area.
I hate it It takes me about half an hour to get signed on every month to make a payment. Not user friendly. I also dislike the long user name
This is a garbage. It just it’s website but has less information. None of the links work. Waste of effort to download.
