Crashes more than the internet service- and that’s saying a lot. – MediacomConnect Review

There was very little thought put into this app. There is no way to know if an outage is currently happening in your area by the app. You could only occasionally pay your bill online. Half the time the app is down and that function is not available. Even when you have paid your bill -it frequently tells you your bill is late. This happens even though you’ve paid your bill on time. One of the most annoying things is there’s no way to troubleshoot your service without the annoying circle of needing a real person. I get it that there is no one available after hours to help, but at least if you’re going to run me in circles, let me know in advance that there is going to be no help after hours don’t circle me through a lot of BS only to tell me there’s nothing you can do. There isn’t a lot I like about AT&T, but their app is far superior to this one.It has real troubleshooting available and can tell you if there is downtime issues in the area.
