It stinks! Bring back the old one!

It really is bad! Hate the colors and the picture! The old app was more functional! I hate the new app! Bring back the old one. The type is so small you can’t read the words! I hate the color scheme! Why don’t you leave good things alone!!!!


New update is horrible

New app update is awful! Fingerprint login is gone or hid very well! Time remaining til bill is due at first login is gone. Not user friendly at all!

The latest upgrade is just bad. The app has now become cumbersome, sign in does not have fingerprint login.. This is a step backwards.


Prettier but less convenient

The “remember me” feature doesn’t work. This makes it a major hassle to check bandwidth usage. I can understand needing to log in for some functionality, but checking bandwidth needs to be very quick and easy to do. A widget would be even better.


Worst update ever - can’t wait to change service

App does not save your password. Previous version did. Really annoying to have to go into password Mgr and copy/paste NEVER accurately represents outages. Can no longer report outages. Mediacom continues to disappoint with their “evolution”. It continues with this app update.

Your app doesn’t work it’s about a half a terabyte off on my account when I called some tried to get me to bump up my plan so I don’t half to worry that I am sure is unlawful unethical if I had a choice I would switch companies I hate Mediacom


The point is to see my data usage

The entire reason I have the app is to keep track of the usage, and 12 days into my billing cycle it still shows zero. Come on Mediacom, let’s keep it together please.


Somewhat useful...

I can see my bill...but nothing else... I can’t check my usage without getting an error message. Hopefully it’s fixed so I can use it properly!

I upgraded to the 200mbps download speed today 03/12/2018 at approx 1030hrs. After power cycling my modem and router like the website suggested I was still seeing old speeds. I graciously asked a tech to send a refresh signal to my router (something I cannot do myself anymore since the app does not allow it since the last update) and the tech refused stating that it would take 24 hours to apply the update. Mediacom your website says the update will “be available immediately”. You should probably change your wording for legal purposes. Just saying....


Big Step Backwards

It’s hard to believe that this updated app went backwards...not as easy to navigate, not easy to sign into (won’t remember user ID and doesn’t offer fingerprint sign in), main page should show usage and amount owed for quick reference as this is what I assume most people are interested in?
