I regularly have issues paying my bill through my app. I end up having to call and pay over the phone.

Used to have this app on my iPad... which I use to pay bills. It disappeared. Still on iPhone. Searched in App Store, gone. ??? App is fine. But price hikes from Mediacom is not. I was promised the total monthly cost at $79. I just paid $136 for exact same plan and usage has gone down. They lie. Get it all in writing.

Yes I can pay my bill and look up details but it forget my debit card or credit card every time. Not to mention it doesn’t except Apple Pay or PayPal or anything like that.


Payment feature is really bad

This app could be most useful for paying bills. However you have to enter your information each time. It’s very buggy app and a high school kid could make it better!

Easy to use unlike Extreme they replaced my Tivo with and reliable unlike their “High Speed Internet” service.

App update loses settinns

I don’t like the fact that the app loses my login setting every time it gets updated. The app updates too frequently to have to keep setting login info. Why can’t it retain those settings like most other apps available?

I really only use my app to make my bill payment and troubleshoot my internet. I wish they had a way to track packages that have equipment in them when you order service or a way to return unused equipment through the app itself.


Can’t access interior cameras with phone!

Sigh.. seems there is no solution even after3 Phone calls to customer service. Will have to call again in a couple of days and maybe the issue will be corrected. Discouraged!
